Mumble

Mumble is a software for voice chat. To connect to our FeM Mumble server, you have to:

  1. Download Mumble and execute it
  2. Add a new server:
    • address: mumble.fem.tu-ilmenau.de
    • port: 64738

Channels

Screenshot of Mumble with channels of FeM server A server is divided into different channels. In voice chat, you can only hear each other if you are in the same channel. To switch the channel, just double-click on the channel name.
